Based on articles 15 and 16 of the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals we inform you that Kopar, S.A. de C.V., is a corporation legally constituted in accordance with the laws of the Mexican Republic, with legal address in Tomas Alba Edison 3116 C.P. 64299, Fraccionamiento Industrial, Monterrey, Nuevo León, is responsible for collecting your personal data, of the treatment that is given to them, as well as their protection.

Processing of personal information

Your personal information will be used for the following purposes: Processing of credit days; providing of the services and products you have requested; notifying you of new services or products that are related to those you already contracted or acquired; communicating about changes in them; developing studies and programs that are necessary to determine consumption habits; conducting periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve their quality; evaluating the quality of the service we provide, and in general, complying with the obligations we have contracted with you.

We make a commitment with you to not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except for the exceptions provided in article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and in compliance with the other applicable laws, as well as make this transfer in the terms required by law.

Exercise of ARCO rights

You have the right to access the personal data that we have of your and the details of the treatment we have given them, to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when they prove to be excessive or oppose the treatment of them for specific purposes, as well as limit the use or disclosure of your information.
